You touched my heart and it shined
Hey, everyone! Ni here with my third character, Homura Akemi from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. This girl is AU, which means that she is from a timeline where everything is wonderful and perfect and the stuff that happened in the series never happened. This girl herself is what the fandom calls "Moemura", so she's awkward and cute and is just the most derpiest magical girl ever. And that's honestly all I can say about her!
...ha ha ha its Madoka, of course there is horrible brain break to be had. And in Homura's case, its that she's post-Rebellion. Which means only one thing.
SHE IS THE DEVIL. No, really, she has become the Madokaverse version of Satan/the Mara/the Demiurge due to her actions. Whether or not you consider this a wholly bad thing overall is up to interpretation. But the long and short of it is, Homura (forcibly) took over Madoka's duties of overseeing the Law of Cycles for a variety of reasons, put a Witch barrier over the universe, became a god in her own right, created a perfect world with her new powers, and is personally ensuring that magical girls never need to fight for a very, very long time by having the Incubators take on the curses of mankind when they're harvested. She also brought Madoka and the other dead characters to life again to give them normal, happy lives, and all of the magical girl memories of the main characters (other than Homura) have been suppressed. Which very clearly makes her EVIL. From certain points of view.Like hers. As a result she has some powers which, despite being severely de-powered, will still require a permissions post that I am going to put up shortly.
Meanwhile, her AU is that after the end of Rebellion Homura tried to erase parts of her psyche that she "didn't like" (i.e. were parts she felt would inhibit her master plan) and it ended as well as, say, attempts to erase the Hulk did. Meaning it ended with Homura's psyche basically having two "parts" - one part that is the post-Rebellion personality ("Devilmura" or "Homucifer") and one that is the "Moemura" personality, the latter which is being given permission to continue to exist as her general front. As long as it doesn't interfere with the devil's plan. Which is basically to have all the magical girls eventually gang up on her and destroy her with no mercy. No, seriously.
Not that she'll say this out loud in either form, as she'll (rather, the Moemura part of herself) will usually be disguised as a pony (while her real form is a salamander-shaped dragon, which Devilmura called dibs on for general use) and trying to pretend she's totally not the devil since, you know. Not her world. Alsoponies aren't the ones supposed to destroy her maybe she can has frands now. Or maybe not. She's not sure she deserves them anymore no matter what persona she's in. Maybe someone can convince her otherwise!
