Comment thread(s) with a cumulative total of 10 comments from your character in either of the aforementioned comms (you can use multiple threads to reach this 10, it does not need to be a continuous thread). You can use comments from posts and logs posted in previous months, as long as their timestamp is from the current month of AC.
Please remember that you can use two of the same type of activity, e.g. two threads that have ten comments from you or one thread if it has 20 comments from you or two posts or so on. Mix and match as needed!
All posts, threads, and logs from the beginning of the month until April 30th 11:59 PM can be used towards fulfilling this month's requirements. So don't panic if you haven't posted much yet - you've still got time!
Characters currently on hiatus and/or accepted after April 15th are not required to post Activity Check, but we'd like you to check in here if you can!
The April 2014 Activity Check will close when the mods post the Activity Check End/Warning List post on May 1st. Good luck!
Just as a note: Please tag things with the appropriate tags when you see them. The mods try to keep up, but we rely on player-assistance in this, as well!
Just as a heads up: Vergil is exempt from AC for this round due to when you joined. However, when you link to something in a post that you posted during the AC round, that will count as a post proof. You can't use it for the threads. Basically if you want to use a thread proof, that proof needs to come from you tagging out to someone else's post rather than your own.
The exception to this is if you're continuing a thread from outside the AC period. In which case, you can use the comments that are date stamped for the AC month.
Example: I post something in February. I can use that post for the February AC. March rolls around and I'm still tagging that post I started in February. I can use the comments that I posted to that February thread that are date stamped for March, but I couldn't use the post itself again for an AC proof. I'd need 10 comments on it that were made in March to add up to one proof.
I did read about the exemption for new members, but I wanted to cover my bases just in case.
That's good to know about the posts and comments, though! I was a little confused about that. I've definitely been tagging around, so AC for other peoples' threads won't be a problem.
