I'm not quite sure, as I'm still not sure where I'm sensing it from; it's much more a general vibe I get. It might be in sentence structure - for someone rather indifferent about things, she comes off as kind of wordy? It might be the lack of contractions drawing things out, or the fact that occasionally sentences run on. It just comes off a little stiffer and more formal than I'm expecting to hear, I guess.
