Post your name, along with what character(s) you play.
If you want, specify particular areas you would like feedback on! (It's okay to ask for just general feedback!)
Indicate whether or not you're okay with anonymous feedback. (It's totally cool if you don't.) You can also post links to your character's personal HMD if you'd prefer comments there.
Reply to other people telling them how you think they are doing.
Be polite and objective! If someone says they're cool with anonymous crit, that is not an invitation to be unfriendly. No one likes a Diamond Tiara! If you have something negative to say about somebody else's playing, make your points politely and suggest ways to improve. To give an example:
X - Unhelpful Diamond Tiara - "Jeez, Terri, can you learn to type? You've got about a billion typos in your posts!"
O - Helpful Not Diamond Tiara - "Hi, Terri, I noticed you have a number of typos in your posts. Something you might want to do is give your posts that one last look-over before hitting submit. It would really help with readability!"
?????
PROFIT
You don't have to post your own characters to give other people feedback! You don't have to post your characters at all if you don't want to. It is 100% OPTIONAL. If you do post, we would encourage you to give feedback to at least one other person!
Combining the two replies above me, Neph has slowly eased away from being a soldier (incidents like Tirek notwithstanding) and fallen generally into the mindset of a lovestruck fiancée. This isn't a bad thing, mind you! It's a natural progression of CR. At the same time, you could probably get something out of her realizing that, for better or worse.
Past that, I think at this point, the commune's self-running (albeit very destructively so), so if you wanted to play with the idea of her being the go-to mare there, you could have her try to work on quality of life improvements around there? Asking people for help, holding repair parties when someone inevitably sets it on fire, that sort of thing.
Heh, yeah, I've noticed that a little, too. Part of it's probably been because multiple things have happened in rapid succession (declaration of love and engagement were only a few months apart, and the pony wedding's ICly in a few weeks, which means more on the horizon for a bit), but I also wonder if it's not partially because of IRL things killing my drive and me trying to keep going and kind of picking something to focus on. Not that hyperfocusing is the best idea, but ADD/ADHD kind of does that...trying to work on that!
In that vein, I've been wondering how to implement her soldier characteristics more, considering the game has been going less battle-prone recently. Which is good overall, but does make it harder for more combat-minded characters. Since that IS part of her talent, it doesn't get touched often, which, honestly, seems to bring antsy-ness, and I'm unsure if that's me or her.
I'm unsure what you mean for her realizing the bit about be a lovestruck fiancee (now wife) beyond that. I've been thinking she has a bit, but I could be missing something. I often do need things pointed out XD I will point out being a soldier and loving the hell out of someone aren't mutually-exclusive, though. She's still a soldier in many ways, she's just not the 'War Is Hell' or 'hardened' sort, and never was in the games. That's something I like playing with with her, is that optimism. Not to say her experiences didn't change her, they certainly did, but where she was, there was no way to go but up.
Now, in response to the Commune being destructively self-running, I must say this: IT'S OKAY WE'RE FIREPROOFING THE SHIT OUT OF EVERYTHING We will then move on to waterproofing, insulating, and act-of-Cálice-or-other-deities-proofing. This place will be even idiot-proof!
Ahem, now that I have the silly out of the way, I do like the ideas of the quality-of-life improvements. I'm just short on ideas for them and my creativity comes in bursts... :|c I shall happily take suggestions, though!
