Can I suggest a point 4, about openness to plots? In my own comments and elsewhere, there's a fear of mod favoritism, since people don't see that all these big plots I've done, I've specifically come to you guys and asked about, usually months ahead of time. Making clear the openness to large-scale plots like that and what you'd look for and expect might clear that up a bit and encourage more people to put stuff up like that.
