I dunno if we would need it monthly, but bi-monthly sounds like a great idea.

Actually I should explain why I think monthly might be a bad idea. I feel if we did this monthly, it would become mostly quiet either because people don't need crit or nobody would have anything to say. Plus people might start ignoring it.

Bi-monthly though I think would be the right balance. Not too often and not too long.
