Drop AND HOOVESWEEK???
Well, it's been a good ride for the sociopathic changeling therapist, but after Chrysalis got dethroned he sort of stalled out and got more and more aimless. As of such, rather than try to brute force it through some rather nasty burnout, I'm gonna drop Hain, likely for good.
All is not lost, though - he's left behind some things. In his office, along with an old, loud Lipizzaner typewriter (containing a rough draft of Eggs Benedict's earlier article and the start of a follow-up), all of his notebooks remain. There's a lot of notebooks - it appears that in addition to his therapy job, Hain spent almost all of his free time in Ponyville taking notes about every single pony. Pretty much every last bit of info he could find about them, just from word of mouth, rumor, and crowd watching.
And it's all gonna be in Hoovesweek's grasp in a week. There's one exception - after he returned to Ponyville, immediately after that deal, he proceeded to destroy his notes on 4G!Rainbow Dash. She and she alone is safe.
For the rest of you? Well, consider this open season to leak potentially scandalous information to Hoovesweek! In addition to what I've noted down in Hain's old "CR chart", if anybody wants to leak something embarassing, worrisome, or disturbing to Hoovesweek that Hain might have noticed in his time here, feel free to reply to this post! Alternately, if you DON'T want Hoovesweek to get any information on your character, please note that here as well and we can handwave that it was either damaged, retrieved by the pony in question, or just of no interest to the scandal sheet.
Yes, this is a direct breach of patient/doctor confidentiality. Hain is evil. We went over that. But at least he won't be doing any more harm than he already has...
Or will he? ....nah, probably not. He's a strong muse and all but not very active.

Coco: You can leak her relationship with Kreutzer and how she's not native to here.
Principal Celestia: Uh there's not much you could leak, but her being a version of Celestia from another world who's a high school principal instead is a-okay.

The bloodgoyles can also come up, although he won't be able to provide any examples of them being anything other than mildly creepy.

Also good job making things worse, Harvey

As for Adam, he's been keeping to himself and hanging around the Everfree.

Cecil, on the other hand, has General Night Vale Weirdness against him (including the fact that he comes from a world with mass death, torture, and ritual sacrifice being daily occurrences), and the fact that the contents of the cassette his 15-year-old self made (from episode 33) were shown publicly on the scrolls.

As for other gossip... Pathcy's been recieving grants from the Equestrian Magic Foundation for research, but that could be construed as simply "taking money". Also she can be a bloodthirsty demon with no qualms against killing, if one interaction with Andrew is to be believed.
Captain Celestia has a long and sordid criminal history. She doesn't even try to hide this fact. Other than that, there wouldn't be much other than what there is on the native Celestia.
Minato wouldn't have much, either. Working as both a weather pony and a guard, as well as taking martial arts / weapon lessons from at least four different people, he's often too busy to get up to gossip-worthy shenanigans.

As for Andrew, everything you've got in the CR document is fine to release. I don't know if Hain ever guessed what Donna meant when she mistook Hain's comment about himself being a severed limb from a larger being for a comment about Andrew, but that could be interesting to bring up (as could renewed questions about just what the Andrew/Donna connection is, assuming Terri wouldn't mind).
I've gone back and read their first meeting during the Trueberry event, and Andrew revealed that he's a half-human duplicate of the Doctor (the words "biological accident" came up), and that the Doctor is a centuries-old traveler who's helped some people and killed others. I was sort of hoping Andrew had hinted at the whole I-committed-genocide thing, but that didn't come up in the Trueberry conversation and I can't imagine he would have let slip about that to Hain at any other time. I wish I had kept better track of threads so I'd know how much Hain had on him to spur on the various comments I remember about his blood-drenched handprint, etc. Let me know if there's anything else you think Hain would have figured out; I'm on the fence about whether I'd want Hoovesweek to publish something about Andrew being a mass murderer if that's even an option.

Oh, and also: Cecil might have spotted Eggs Benedict doing something suspicious, but not more than "I saw two ponies in the garden having some sort of clandestine meeting". He doesn't know what it was for or what was said.
